How to do a plank to push-up

Press from your forearms up to a full push-up position and back down — a moving plank that builds pressing strength and a rock-solid core.

How to do it

  1. 1Start in a forearm plank
  2. 2Press up onto your hands one arm at a time
  3. 3Lower back to your forearms, alternating the lead arm
