I built Core Buddy because fitness doesn't need to be complicated. It doesn't need a twelve-week programme or an app that tracks everything you eat. It just needs to become part of your week.
I meet people where they are — not where they think they should be. Whatever your starting point, that's the starting point. We build from there.

Yes — free to download. When you sign up you can activate a 30-day free trial of everything, including Block (four-week plans) and Scran (food). Prefer to keep it simple? There's a free limited-access option too. Either way, downloading costs nothing.
