Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not. I work with all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere, and there's no judgement in this studio.

Where is the studio?

The studio is a private, fully-equipped space based in Elgin, Moray, Scotland. Get in touch through the form below for the exact address and directions.

What should I wear or bring?

Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Water and towels are provided at the studio.

What happens in the first session?

We start with a free consultation to talk through your goals, any injuries, and what you're hoping to achieve. Then we move into a tailored first session so you can get a feel for how I train. No pressure to commit upfront.

What's the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice required for cancellations. Life happens — just let me know as soon as you can and we'll reschedule.

How do I pay?

Each programme is a one-time payment for the full block. I'll send you payment details once you've booked a consultation and we've confirmed the right programme for you.
