Fitness doesn't need to be complicated or extreme. It's about simplifying your life, building strong habits, and proving to yourself that you can.

Do I need to be fit to start?+

Not at all. Most people who come to me haven’t trained in years. That’s the whole point. I meet you where you are.

What should I wear?+

Comfortable gym clothes and trainers. Nothing fancy. Water and towels are provided.

How long are the sessions?+

Usually around 45 minutes to an hour. Quality over quantity.

Do you do online coaching?+

Aye. Custom programmes, weekly check-ins, form reviews, ongoing support. Wherever you are in the world.

Where do I park?+

There’s free parking right outside the studio. Easy to find, no stress.

What if I need to cancel?+

Just let me know with 24 hours notice. Life happens, no drama.
