How you getting on, troops? I'm Ross.

I built Core Buddy because fitness doesn't need to be complicated. It doesn't need a twelve-week programme or an app that tracks everything you eat. It just needs to become part of your week.

I meet people where they are — not where they think they should be. Whatever your starting point, that's the starting point. We build from there.

And I'm in the app most days. Not as a logo — as a person. There are real people in there finding their feet, and I want every one of them to feel like they belong.

Questions

Things people wonder before downloading.

Is it free?+

Yes — free to download. When you sign up you can activate a 30-day free trial of everything, including Block (four-week plans) and Scran (food). Prefer to keep it simple? There's a free limited-access option too. Either way, downloading costs nothing.

I've tried home workouts before and always quit. Will this be different?+

That's the most common thing people say before signing up. Core Buddy is built around fitting into your life — not asking you to build a new one around it. Miss a day? You just show up the next one. Nothing resets, nothing to feel bad about.

I don't have much time. Is 15 minutes actually enough?+

Yes. Several people using Core Buddy right now do 15–20 minutes before their working day starts. You tell the app how long you've got, it builds the session around that. Ten minutes counts. Showing up counts.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Is it easy to use?+

Very. Open it, press start, it tells you what to do. That's genuinely it. A few people said this was their worry before downloading — none of them have had a problem.

Do I need equipment or a gym?+

No. It's built around bodyweight workouts you can do at home with nothing. If you have dumbbells or bands, you can use them — but you don't need anything.

Is it on Android?+

Yes. App Store and Google Play both. Your account syncs across devices.
