How to do a kettlebell overhead reverse lunge

How to do it

  1. 1Press the kettlebell overhead, arm locked out
  2. 2Step back into a lunge, keeping the weight steady above
  3. 3Drive up, keeping your ribs down and core braced

  • ×Letting the weight drift forward or wobble
