How to do a kettlebell hinge to upright row

How to do it

  1. 1Hinge at the hips with a flat back, kettlebell hanging
  2. 2Drive your hips forward to stand
  3. 3Pull the kettlebell up toward your chin, elbows leading

  • ×Shrugging instead of leading with your elbows
