How to do a flutter kicks

Small, quick leg flutters that keep constant tension on your lower core. The lower the legs, the harder it bites.

How to do it

  1. 1Lie on your back, hands under your hips if it helps
  2. 2Lift both legs a little off the floor
  3. 3Flutter them up and down in small movements
  4. 4Keep your lower back pressed down

Common mistakes

  • ×Lower back arching off the floor
  • ×Kicking too big and losing tension
  • ×Holding your breath
