How to do a bodyweight squat

How to do it

  1. 1Feet about shoulder-width, toes turned out slightly
  2. 2Sit back and down like reaching for a chair
  3. 3Keep your heels flat and your chest tall
  4. 4Drive back up through your heels

Common mistakes

  • ×Heels lifting off the floor
  • ×Knees caving inward
  • ×Rounding forward at the bottom
