How to do a single-leg v-up

CoreBodyweightBeginner

A V-up using one leg at a time — easier than the full version and great for building up to it.

How to do it

  1. 1Lie flat, arms overhead
  2. 2Fold up, lifting one straight leg to meet your hands
  3. 3Lower under control and switch legs

Common mistakes

  • ×Throwing your arms to fling up
  • ×Bending the lifting leg to cheat
