How to do a single-arm kettlebell deadlift

Deadlift a kettlebell with one hand — hinge down and stand tall, with your core fighting to keep you square.

How to do it

  1. 1Kettlebell between your feet, hinge down with a flat back
  2. 2Grip with one hand and stand tall, driving through your heels
  3. 3Keep your shoulders and hips level, don't twist

Common mistakes

  • ×Rounding your back
  • ×Rotating toward the weighted side
