How to do a dumbbell suitcase deadlift

Deadlift a dumbbell from beside each foot like picking up a suitcase — great for grip, core and a strong hinge.

How to do it

  1. 1Dumbbells beside your feet, hinge down with a flat back
  2. 2Grip and stand tall, driving through your heels
  3. 3Keep your shoulders level, don't lean
