How to do a kettlebell lateral lunge

Step out to the side and sit into one hip holding a kettlebell — trains your legs sideways with a bit of load.

How to do it

  1. 1Hold the kettlebell at your chest
  2. 2Step wide and sit back into that hip
  3. 3Push back to the middle and switch sides

  • ×Letting the bent knee cave inward
  • ×Rounding forward instead of sitting back
