How to do a kettlebell half-kneeling press

Press a kettlebell overhead from a half-kneeling position — takes the legs out so your shoulder and core do the work, and cleans up your form.

How to do it

  1. 1Kneel on one knee, kettlebell in the front rack
  2. 2Press it straight overhead
  3. 3Keep your ribs down, don't arch or lean

  • ×Leaning away from the weight
