CoreBodyweightBeginner

Running on the spot with a bit of purpose — knees up, quick feet. A simple way to warm up or add a cardio hit between moves.

How to do it

  1. 1Stand tall and drive your knees up toward hip height
  2. 2Stay light and quick on the balls of your feet
  3. 3Pump your arms in rhythm
  4. 4Keep your chest up, don't hunch

Common mistakes

  • ×Hunching forward as you speed up
