How to do a zottman curl

Curl up palms-up, then rotate and lower palms-down — trains the biceps on the way up and the forearms on the way down.

How to do it

  1. 1Curl up with your palms facing up
  2. 2At the top, rotate so your palms face down
  3. 3Lower slowly in that position
