Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not! I work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere.

What's included in each programme?

All programmes include 2 Γ— 45-minute sessions per week, Circuit Group Access, and access to the Mind Core Community. Higher tiers include additional support and tracking.

What should I wear/bring?

Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Water and towels are provided at the studio.

What's the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice required for cancellations. Life happens - just let me know as soon as you can.
