Absolutely not! I work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere.
All programmes include 2 Γ 45-minute sessions per week, Circuit Group Access, and access to the Mind Core Community. Higher tiers include additional support and tracking.
Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Water and towels are provided at the studio.
