How to do a seated arnold press

A shoulder press that rotates from palms-in to palms-out as you push — hits the shoulders through a bigger range.

How to do it

  1. 1Start with palms facing you at your chest
  2. 2Rotate and press up until palms face forward
  3. 3Reverse the rotation on the way down
