This action is permanent
Deleting your account permanently removes your data from Core Buddy. Once the deletion is processed, it cannot be undone and the data cannot be recovered. If you just want to take a break, you can sign out and come back later instead.
How to request deletion
To delete your Core Buddy account, send an email to ross@mindcorefitness.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the following in the body of your email:
- The name of the app you want to delete your account from (for example, Core Buddy)
- The email address associated with your account
The button below opens your email app with all of this pre-filled — just confirm the details and hit send.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile, display name, and authentication record
- Workout history and saved workouts
- Nutrition logs and meal data
- Habit tracking data and streaks
- Body stats and measurements
- Buddy connections, posts, comments, likes, and mentions
- Progress photos and any other content you uploaded
- Push notification tokens associated with your devices
- Any cached usage analytics linked to your user ID
Subscription billing records kept for tax and legal reasons may be retained for the period required by law, but are no longer linked to an active account.
How long it takes
Your account and associated data will be fully deleted within 30 days of us receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been processed.
