Programme Questions

What equipment do I need?

90% of the programme is bodyweight. Some weights like a dumbbell and kettlebell are introduced later in the programme.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts range from 12–20 minutes. Short, focused sessions that fit into any schedule.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

The Core Foundation phase is designed specifically for beginners. You'll learn proper form and build up progressively. No prior experience needed.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. Once purchased, the programme is yours forever. Repeat it as many times as you like.

Training Questions

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not! I work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere.

Where is the studio?

The studio is based in Elgin, Moray, Scotland. Get in touch for the exact address and directions.

What should I wear or bring?

Just comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Water and towels are provided at the studio.

What's the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice required for cancellations. Life happens — just let me know as soon as you can.
