I thought it was great I liked the different lengths of exercises some 12 some 16 minutes. My core definitely feels stronger and I can't wait to continue it to see the difference after. You checked in with us every day which was magic and accepted that some exercises were absolutely brutal 😳 but as you say no pain no gain.

I really enjoyed this is, i need to be accountable and have support or i wont do anything and fall back to old habits, I completed this every day and before work so it clearly works Ross or I would have given up, my core is so so much better, as I said before I did no core work due to surgery I've had and its really helped me, I want to keep working on my core strength now, so thank you ❤️

I liked the workouts and the length, the constant reminders etc and encouragement for me personally having used a few apps now I have one app that I use as a preference and I have lifetime membership and the reason I like it is during the workouts there is music and its feels like they are there with you like you are.
